Ten years after the publication of Summer in a Glass, author Evan Dawson hosts a dinner featuring wines that would be featured in a sequel!  While that sequel isn’t in the works yet, this dinner will give you an opportunity to taste the wines and meet some of the winemakers who have emerged in the intervening decade.  And who better to create a fantastic pairing menu to complement the wines – and share her experience on how to work with the diverse wines of the Finger Lakes – than acclaimed chef Samantha Buyskes?
