BY VEHICLE

The Finger Lakes Region is within a day’s drive of most major metropolitan areas in the northeastern U.S. and eastern Canada.

From Points North and East:
Take Interstate 90, the New York Thruway, to Exit 42 for Geneva.  Proceed south on State Route 14 for 5 miles.

From Points North and West:
Take Interstate 90, the New York Thruway, to Exit 42 for Geneva.  Proceed south on State Route 14 for 5 miles.

From Points South:
Take Interstate 81 North to New York 17 West. Take Exit 52 towards Watkins Glen and proceed north on State Route 14 for 54 miles.

BY PLANE

International Airports in Rochester and Syracuse, as well as regional airports in Ithaca and Elmira, all service the Finger Lakes region with multiple flights per day. 

Please let us know if you would like complimentary transportation arranged to and from the airport.  Rental cars are also available at all airports, with an approximate drive time to Geneva of 45 minutes.

BY BOAT

While Geneva is at the north end of Seneca Lake, and technically is connected via the Historic Erie Canal to waterways throughout the Northeast, we would suggest this be considered a recreational alternative during your visit.
