Just like Disco music and Speakeasies, wine drinkers are once again warming up to Cool Climate wines for the classics that they are.  Now everyone wants to be cool climate!   But cool climate is more than high acidity or picking underripe grapes in a warm climate, it's an attitude: We're not throwing shade, we need all the sun we can get.  Patrick Comiskey leads this panel of luminaries in tasting through what cool climate means in the Riesling world, and in a world where regions now find themselves heating up.
